Zac: "It's like a, a dream of my life to present my work in Paris."

Twenty-Five year old, Zac Posen, has gained a following in Hollywood and among fashionistas by exploring shape in his designs and collections.

Marylou Luther (Editor, International Fashion Syndicate): "He is extraordinary."

Clifford Pugh (Houston Chronicle): "He has such attention to the history of fashion."

Jim Shi (Fashion Week Daily): "Zac spends an incredible amount of time studying and just being intensively focused on his fabrics."

Now, this American in Paris, is the focus of one of the world's most famous & 'French', vintage clothing dealers, Didier Ludot. Enamored with Zac's designs Ludot has dedicated all of the windows in his Palais Royal Boutique to Zac's collections.

Didier Ludot: "I, uh, fall in love with his work because the fabric were very interesting and the cut."

And what fabric, does this young star choose to stretch his imagination when designing?

Zac: "With Lycra, you have the ability you know, for function, for movement, for support, seduction."

Life without Lycra, says Zac, would be stiff. And it's his alliance with the makers of Lycra, Invista that enables him to combine style and innovation on the runway.

"How does Lycra help you build the shape?"

Zac: "Well, you can mold and form over the body, and you can contour and you can support in places that can help a woman wear clothing."

Women like Angelina Jolie, Demi Moore, and Felicity Huffman.

"What do you think the relationship is between Hollywood and Zac?"

Didier: "I think because he is young and he is very interesting for actresses to have a young designer. And he knows what is glamorous and what is very good for the body and the fabric."

But, not just the bodies on the silver screen.

Zac's Sister, Alexandra: "I actually am four months pregnant and I'm able to wear one of our collection dresses."

A model mom to be, Zac's sister Alexandra, wears a dress from her baby brother's 2006 Fall Collection. It's this creativity with fabrics like Lycra, says Glenda Bailey, Editor and Chief of Harpers Bazaar, that makes Zac a true craftsman.

"It's really the designer's imagination which takes that fabric and makes it live, because let's face it, fashion is all about wearing something and to wear something and for it to move and for it to be beautiful, that is what fashion is all about."

For this American in Paris, having his designs dress the windows of one the most quintessentially Parisian sights is what fashion is all about!

Zac: "It's the biggest honor in the world!"
